Conditions at a glance

• All prices are per person and night
• The price includes: Full board (including packed lunches), free entry to the modern wellness centre and fitness area in the neighbouring Hotel Alexander Gerbi.
• Offers according to the weekly programme.
• Meals or 1/2 portions not consumed will not be refunded, nor can they be transferred to visitors.
• Hotel guests will be charged separately for any nursing services. These can be reclaimed from the basic insurance.
• According to the law, prices excluding VAT always apply if the treatment is a spa treatment. A medical prescription is required.
• We must charge VAT for holiday stays or stays by accompanying persons.

• Nursing services according to Spitex tariff
• Medical treatment according to TARMED
• Medication, dressings, hygiene articles, rental articles
• Telephone calls, drinks, visitor's tax, excursions

• A deposit must be paid on the day of arrival at the latest.
  
• We accept cash, Postcard and EC Direct. In exceptional cases also credit cards.

Cancellations

For booked rooms that are not occupied on time, we charge three days (VSK) in the following cases:

• Cancellation at short notice for non-medical reasons (less than 14 days before the start of the stay).
• in the event of no-show without written cancellation
• in the event of premature cancellation of the stay

• The day of arrival and departure count as one pension day.
• Arrival: Entry between 11.00 - 14.00 hrs
• Departure: Departure by 10.00 a.m.

Visitors are also welcome at mealtimes. We look forward to your registration!

• Personal laundry can be washed and ironed on request for a fee.
  
• Valuables such as cash or jewellery can be deposited in our safe free of charge.
  
• We are happy to book a hairdressing appointment for you. Transport takes place twice a week and is free of charge.
  
• In-house pedicure and manicure (by prior arrangement)
  
• Foot reflexology therapy in the house (by appointment)
  
• We can provide you with information on hikes, places of interest, cultural events, etc. We will also be happy to send you the relevant brochures.

• Our guests should be able to move around the room independently.
• Their sense of direction should be good enough for them to find their room.
• Meals can be taken independently.
• In order to be able to activate the emergency call if necessary, the guest must be able to operate a telephone independently.
• Wheelchair users should be able to operate their own device and thus be independently mobile.
• If these requirements cannot be met, we ask that a carer is brought along.
