The compulsory health care insurance pays the following contributions per hour in accordance with the Health Care Benefits Ordinance (KLV):
Depending on your canton of residence, you pay CHF 7.65 to 15.35 per day, irrespective of the length of stay.
The remaining costs are covered by your health insurance after deduction of the deductible and excess and your municipality/canton of residence.
A minimum of 10 minutes will be charged per visit.
Thereafter, the costs are billed in units of 5 minutes.
We bill all municipalities/cantons in Switzerland directly. On admission, you will receive a service agreement which also serves as a declaration of assignment, so that you assign the communal share to us.

When you leave, you will receive a detailed invoice and, if applicable, a reimbursement voucher.
